REAL LIFE – MY CHILD NEEDS A HEART Network ITV (Sept 2001)

If your child needs a new heart there is nothing you can do but wait. Sometimes a new organ becomes available, sometimes it doesn't, but living with the uncertainty can be the most difficult job of all. We told the stories of Toni Stevens, Jessie Gould and Hannah Pudsey over a year as they and their families waited for a new heart.

"Your excellent programme was riveting viewing…
We see real value in using the programme to not only help in the training and development of transplant co-ordinators and other staff involved in organ donation but also in helping patients of all ages to cope with the maelstrom of emotions they will be facing and to get a better understanding of the procedures involved".
